Member companies of SORAP formally promise to observe the contents of this code of ethics
Member companies of SORAP promise to have the services entrusted to them provided by salaried personnel employed legally in accordance with the Labour Code and the Collective Agreement of Service Providers in the Tertiary Sector.
Member companies of SORAP may not engage in any argument that denigrates their fellow members, either individually or as a group, in the course of the commercial activities, and shall endeavour to develop their activities by promoting their know-how and technical nature.
Member companies of SORAP promise to protect the confidentiality of information in their possession within the framework of their activities, and to take all measures necessary in order to fulfil this commitment.
Member companies of SORAP promise to provide their personnel with all information that is essential to the successful completion of their actions, and to provide them with specific professional training, where necessary, whether it be at training meetings or in the form of assistance in the field.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
Member companies of SORAP promise to demand that their personnel comply with rules of acceptance applicable where they operate and, in particular, current health and safety regulations.
Member companies of SORAP guarantee that their personnel will remain under their authority and control at all times. These companies also promise to employ the material and human resources necessary to supervise, oversee, and discipline said personnel, and to assume full responsibility for their services and for the personnel they employ in order to provide these services.
Member companies of SORAP promise to buy insurance, in particular against civil liability that could result from direct damage caused by their personnel.
Member companies of SORAP promise to offer their clients services based on specific real know-how. This know-how is based on a perfect mastery of advisory, field action, and follow-up and data analysis techniques in accordance with a specifications drafted for each operation.
Member companies of SORAP that subcontract all or part of their operations promise to use the subcontractors that present the best guarantees of security and reliability, and guarantees that they will ensure compliance with this code of ethics.
